On June 18, 2019, Drs. Rebecca Hersh-Boyle and Simon Hagley delivered the presentation “Summer Health Hazards for Dogs.” Summer is an opportunity to spend more time outdoors with your dog. We encourage this activity, but pet owners should be aware of potential summer health hazards that may await your dog. This lecture covers topics such as overheating, heat stroke, foxtails, and much more. We'll teach you how to keep your dogs in the best health possible throughout the summer and beyond. We want your dogs to be as happy and healthy as possible and to enjoy everything summer has to offer.
